Working Hours
This position operates on a rotating shift schedule.
Employees must be willing to work according to the company’s operational requirements, including:
– Day Shift
– Night Shift
– Weekends (when required)
– Public Holidays (when required)
Shift schedules will be arranged by the company based on production planning and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
As an Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth production operations and maintaining the company’s quality standards.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
– Prepare machines and production materials before the start of production.
– Monitor machine performance throughout the production process.
– Ensure daily production targets are achieved according to the production schedule.
– Conduct quality inspections during production to identify any defects or abnormalities.
– Ensure finished products meet company quality standards before packaging and shipment.
– Perform basic machine inspections and report equipment malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
– Assist in minor troubleshooting under supervisor guidance.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of production lines and workstations using good housekeeping practices.
– Handle raw materials, tools, and production equipment carefully to prevent damage and reduce waste.
– Record production data accurately whenever required.
– Follow all workplace safety procedures and comply with company regulations at all times.
– Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during work.
– Support supervisors and team members to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
– Participate in continuous improvement activities implemented by the company.
– Carry out any additional production-related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
– Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
– At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred.
– Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant technical education may also be considered.
– Basic understanding of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
– Able to communicate and work effectively with team members.
– Willing to work rotating shifts.
– Physically fit and able to stand, walk, or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
– Able to follow written and verbal work instructions carefully.
– Responsible, disciplined, punctual, and committed to assigned duties.
– Positive attitude with willingness to learn new skills.
– Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
– Capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.
