We are currently expanding our workforce and are looking for dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our professional cleaning team as Full-Time Mall Cleaners in Singapore. As a Mall Cleaner, you will become an important member of our operations team responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout each shift. Your contribution will directly support the daily operation of the shopping mall by helping maintain high standards of cleanliness and public hygiene.
Whether you have previous experience working in commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, office cleaning, healthcare cleaning, or industrial cleaning, or you are completely new to the industry, you are welcome to apply. Position Overview
The Mall Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall appearance of shopping mall common areas. Daily duties involve routine cleaning, sanitation, waste collection, restroom maintenance, floor care, and ensuring that public facilities remain clean and presentable throughout operating hours.
Successful candidates should be physically fit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Salary & Working Hours
Day Shift
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 2,200
Evening Shift
Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 1,600
Salary packages are determined based on assigned work shift, attendance, work performance, experience, and company policy. Overtime opportunities may be available according to operational requirements and manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors throughout assigned areas.
– Maintain cleanliness of shopping mall entrances, exits, walkways, corridors, lift lobbies, and common areas.
– Clean food court seating areas and surrounding public spaces.
– Ensure escalators, lifts, staircases, and railings remain clean throughout the day.
– Clean and sanitize public toilets following strict hygiene standards.
– Refill toilet paper, liquid soap, paper towels, tissue dispensers, and other restroom supplies.
– Empty rubbish bins before they become full and replace garbage bags accordingly.
– Collect, separate, and dispose of waste following company waste management procedures.
– Remove dust from furniture, decorations, signboards, shelves, counters, and display fixtures.
– Clean mirrors, glass panels, windows, doors, and stainless-steel surfaces.
– Wipe lift buttons, escalator handrails, benches, ATMs, vending machine areas, and other high-touch surfaces.
– Respond immediately to spills, wet floors, or other hazards to ensure public safety.
– Display appropriate safety warning signs during cleaning operations.
– Operate floor scrubbers, polishing machines, vacuum cleaners, and other cleaning equipment safely.
– Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment after every shift.
– Follow daily cleaning schedules prepared by supervisors.
– Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance issues immediately.
– Ensure cleaning chemicals are used according to company safety guidelines.
– Maintain proper storage of cleaning tools and supplies.
– Work closely with supervisors and fellow cleaners to achieve daily operational targets.
– Perform additional cleaning assignments whenever required by management.
