ENTRY-LEVEL ASSISTANT / MAIN TEACHER

Position: Assistant / Main Teacher

Salary: SGD 2,500–3,200 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule: 5 Days/Week

 

NO TEACHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

Heguru Center Pte. Ltd. is offering an opportunity for suitable candidates who are interested in starting a career in preschool education and children’s learning. This position is suitable for entry-level candidates, fresh graduates, and applicants who are passionate about working with children but do not yet have professional teaching experience.

 

TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT

 

Training will be provided to suitable candidates in Singapore. Employees will have the opportunity to learn teaching methods, classroom techniques, children’s learning activities, and other skills required for the position.

 

Training and development opportunities may also include exposure to Heguru’s educational methods and training programs connected with Japan.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Assist with daily classroom activities and lessons

• Support the main teacher during classes

• Guide and engage young children during learning activities

• Help create a safe, positive, and comfortable classroom environment

• Communicate appropriately with children and teaching staff

• Participate in educational and enrichment activities

• Assist with preparation of teaching materials

• Monitor children’s participation during lessons

• Follow centre policies, procedures, and teaching guidelines

• Support the overall operation of the education centre

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• No previous teaching experience required

• Passionate about working with children

• Willing to learn and undergo training

• Responsible, patient, and positive

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Energetic and adaptable working attitude

• Diploma or Polytechnic qualification is preferred
