SALARY AND BENEFITS

 

• Gross Salary: SGD 2,400–2,600 per month

• Attendance Allowance

• Shift Allowance

• Full-Time Employment

• Rotating Shift Schedule

• Additional benefits according to company policy

 

WORKING SCHEDULE

 

• 6 working days per week

• 44 working hours per week

• Rotating shifts

• Candidates must be willing to work different shifts according to the company’s operational requirements

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Assist customers with enquiries, requests and general assistance

• Provide professional, friendly and efficient customer service

• Handle customer feedback and basic complaints professionally

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services or company procedures

• Assist customers with their needs and ensure a positive customer experience

• Support daily frontline operations and customer service activities

• Coordinate with colleagues and other departments when necessary

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at work

• Follow company procedures, service standards and workplace policies

• Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently and appropriately

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Diploma, SPM, O-Level or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1–2 years of frontline or customer service experience

• Good spoken and written English communication skills

• Comfortable communicating directly with customers

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, reliable and service-oriented

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Willing to work rotating shifts

• Willing to work 6 days per week

• Able to stay in Johor Bahru and commute to Singapore
