Airport Ground Operation Crew
Location: Changi Airport, Singapore
Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,000 per month
Joining Bonus: Up to SGD 5,000

Available Positions
Trainee Air Hub Lead – Load Control
Responsibilities include learning aircraft load planning and ensuring that aircraft weight and balance remain within approved operational safety limits. You will prepare load sheets, perform pre-load calculations, coordinate aircraft loading activities, and communicate loading information to flight crews before departure. The role requires attention to detail and compliance with aviation safety regulations.
Trainee Air Hub Lead – Baggage Operations
You will oversee baggage handling operations within different airport operational areas, including Departure, Arrival, Deployment, and the Baggage Control Centre. Responsibilities include monitoring baggage movement, coordinating with operational teams, resolving baggage-related issues, and ensuring baggage is processed accurately and delivered according to airline schedules.
Trainee Air Hub Lead – Aircraft Interior Cleaning (AIC)
You will assist in coordinating aircraft interior cleaning operations to ensure aircraft cabins meet airline cleanliness standards before every departure. Duties include monitoring cleaning schedules, deploying manpower, ensuring timely completion of cleaning activities, and maintaining quality standards required by airlines.
Trainee Air Hub Lead – Ramp Operations
This position is responsible for supporting aircraft ground handling activities during arrival and departure. You will supervise ramp operations, coordinate ground service equipment, monitor safety procedures, and ensure efficient aircraft turnaround. Maintaining operational safety and compliance with airport regulations is a key part of this role.
Requirements
– Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only
– Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
– No previous experience required as comprehensive training will be provided
– Able to work rotating shifts
– Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to work independently as well as in a team
