Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the retail store.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome every customer in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
Introduce product features, materials, quality, and benefits with confidence.
Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service.
Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product recommendations.
Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions.
Prepare receipts and complete payment procedures correctly.
Arrange merchandise according to company visual merchandising standards.
Ensure all products are displayed neatly and attractively.
Replenish stock whenever necessary to maintain product availability.
Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming inventory.
Participate in regular stock counts and inventory control activities.
Ensure pricing labels and promotional materials are accurate and up to date.
Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the retail outlet.
Support promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and new product launches.
Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
Perform additional duties assigned by management whenever required.
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

Willing to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to commence employment immediately or within a short notice period.
Working Schedule
Full-Time Employment
Five working days per week
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Lunch break provided
Weekend and Public Holiday duties according to the monthly work roster.
