Job Responsibilities
Bakery Product Packing and Handling
– Pack cakes, pastries, and bakery products carefully according to company procedures
– Place products into the correct boxes, containers, and packaging materials
– Ensure products are packed neatly and securely before delivery
– Handle bakery items carefully to maintain product quality and appearance
– Check that packaging is complete and suitable for transportation
– Arrange finished products according to production requirements
Order Checking and Preparation
– Read and understand order lists accurately
– Verify product types, quantities, and specifications before packing
– Ensure the correct items are prepared for each order
– Sort and arrange completed orders according to delivery routes and schedules
– Support the preparation of products for dispatch
Daily Production Support
– Assist the bakery production team with daily operations
– Support preparation and packing activities during busy periods
– Follow instructions from supervisors and production leaders
– Help ensure production targets are achieved on schedule
– Maintain smooth workflow within the production area
– Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors when required
Workplace Hygiene and Safety
– Maintain cleanliness of workstations and production areas
– Clean and organize equipment used during production
