SALARY AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE
We offer a competitive and structured compensation package designed to provide financial stability and growth opportunities:
Gross Monthly Salary: Up to SGD 2,800++
(Depending on position, assigned shift, overtime hours, and performance)
Fixed Monthly Allowance: SGD 250
Overtime Pay: Available and compensated according to company policy

WORKING HOURS AND SHIFT STRUCTURE

Option 1: 12-Hour Shift System
Day Shift or Night Shift available
Work Schedule: 2 days working followed by 2 days off
Suitable for individuals who prefer extended rest periods between work cycles
Option 2: 8-Hour Standard Shift
Regular working hours
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Suitable for individuals who prefer a conventional work schedule
Please note that final shift allocation will depend on the department and operational needs.
