Production Operator & Packing Operator

Employment Details
Company: Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Manufacturing
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,200–4,500
Monthly salary may include basic salary, overtime pay, shift allowance, attendance incentives, and performance bonuses, depending on working schedule and operational requirements.
Working Schedule
Five working days per week
Rotating day and night shifts
Fixed working hours according to assigned department
Meal and rest breaks provided
Overtime opportunities available during peak production periods
Weekend and public holiday work may be required according to operational needs
Work schedules are prepared in advance by department supervisors
Production Operator – Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining product quality and workplace safety.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operating automated production machinery and processing equipment.
Preparing raw materials before production begins.
Monitoring production processes to ensure products meet company specifications.
Recording production data and completing required documentation.
Inspecting machinery before and after production.
Reporting equipment abnormalities or technical issues to supervisors.
Following production schedules and daily operational targets.
Maintaining cleanliness throughout the production area.
Following food hygiene regulations and workplace safety procedures.
Assisting maintenance personnel when production equipment requires servicing.
Working closely with supervisors and production teams to achieve daily output targets.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency.
Performing other duties assigned by management when required.
Packing Operator – Job Responsibilities
As a Packing Operator, you will ensure finished products are properly packed, labelled, inspected, and prepared for storage or distribution.
Responsibilities include:
Packing finished ice cream products according to company standards.
Inspecting packaging quality before products leave the production line.
Labelling products with accurate production dates, expiry dates, and batch numbers.
Checking product appearance to ensure quality requirements are met.
Removing damaged or defective products from the production line.
Organizing packed products for storage and shipment.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the packing area.
Following standard operating procedures for food handling and hygiene.
Working with warehouse and logistics personnel when required.
Achieving daily packing targets while maintaining quality standards.
Supporting inventory counting and stock movement when assigned.

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
No previous working experience is required.
Comprehensive training will be provided.

Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled cold manufacturing environment.
Able to perform repetitive production and packing tasks.
