POSITION OVERVIEW

SALARY STRUCTURE AND BENEFITS
The company provides a transparent and competitive compensation system with clearly defined components:
Base Salary
SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,800 per month
Monthly Bonus
Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 300
Allowances
Room Allowance: Up to SGD 250 per month
Meal Allowance: SGD 10 per working day
Transportation Allowance: SGD 5 per working day
Shift-Based Allowances
Morning Shift Allowance: SGD 15 per day
Night Shift Allowance: SGD 25 per day
Additional Full Night Shift Incentive: SGD 500 per month
Total monthly income may increase depending on the number of working days, attendance consistency, and assigned shifts.
WORKING SCHEDULE
4 working days per week
Shift system:
Morning Shift: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Night Shift: 05:00 PM – 01:00 AM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
