Production Operator / Packer

Monthly Salary: SGD 3,200 – SGD 3,600
Working System: Fixed schedule (no rotating shifts)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Production Operator / Packer, you will be involved in the day-to-day production and packaging processes within the manufacturing facility. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the operation of production lines in the sunflower oil processing area
Handling and operating basic machinery under the guidance of supervisors
Performing packing and packaging of finished products according to company standards
Arranging and preparing products for storage and distribution
Conducting simple visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper labeling
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and surrounding areas
Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
Ensuring compliance with company rules and production targets
Supporting team members to maintain efficient workflow
Performing additional basic duties as assigned by supervisors when required
The nature of the job is straightforward and repetitive, making it easy to learn and suitable for individuals with little or no prior experience in factory work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The company is looking for candidates who are willing to work in a structured environment and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. The minimum requirements are as follows:
No formal education or diploma is required
No prior working experience is necessary
Open to both male and female applicants

Physically fit and capable of performing light to moderate duties

WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULE
Five working days per week
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Rest days: Saturday and Sunday
No night shifts or rotating schedules
