MILK CHOCOLATE FACTORY WORKERS NEEDED IN MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA
A well-established milk chocolate factory in Melbourne, Australia, is currently seeking reliable, hardworking, responsible, and motivated individuals to join its production and packaging team.
The factory is looking for suitable candidates to assist with daily chocolate production, packaging, sorting, quality checking, and preparation of finished products for storage and distribution.

POSITION AVAILABLE
Chocolate Factory Packer / Production Worker
Successful applicants will work as part of the factory production and packaging team. Workers will be responsible for handling finished chocolate products, preparing products for packaging, maintaining cleanliness, and following established food safety and workplace procedures.
Previous experience in a chocolate factory is not required. Applicants who demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions may be considered for the position.
SALARY AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Full-Time Salary: AUD $54.70 per hour
Part-Time Salary: AUD $42.80 per hour

Working schedules and available shifts may vary depending on production requirements. Overtime opportunities may also be available depending on operational needs and applicable employment conditions.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected workers may be responsible for the following duties:
– Packing finished chocolate products into boxes, containers, and other approved packaging.
– Sorting and organizing chocolate products according to production requirements.
– Checking products for quality, appearance, labeling, and packaging accuracy.
– Preparing completed products for storage and distribution.
– Assisting with basic production and packaging equipment when required.
– Moving and organizing packaged products within designated work areas.
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout production and packing areas.
– Following food safety and hygiene requirements at all times.
– Following workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
– Working cooperatively with supervisors and other production employees.
– Meeting assigned daily production and packaging targets.
– Reporting damaged products, packaging issues, or other workplace concerns.
– Completing assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and responsibly.

– No previous chocolate factory experience is required.
