Main Responsibilities
As a Luxury Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives a memorable shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards expected from an international luxury brand.
Your responsibilities include:
Welcome every customer with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
Deliver personalised luxury shopping experiences tailored to individual customer preferences.
Build strong and lasting relationships with both local and international customers.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable luxury products.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of fashion collections, leather goods, and seasonal merchandise.
Achieve individual and team sales objectives through proactive customer engagement.
Maintain exceptional customer service before, during, and after every purchase.
Process cashiering duties accurately using POS systems.
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions responsibly.
Assist customers with exchanges, returns, and after-sales enquiries according to company policies.
Support inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise receiving.
Ensure product displays remain attractive, organised, and aligned with luxury visual merchandising standards.
Maintain boutique cleanliness and an elegant shopping environment at all times.
Participate in promotional events, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and store management to achieve overall business goals.
Follow company policies, operational procedures, and luxury service standards consistently.
Candidate Requirements

Preferred qualifications include:
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, hospitality, airlines, hotels, customer service, or sales.
Strong passion for luxury fashion and premium customer experiences.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
