Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on the assigned role and outlet. General duties may include the following:
Service Crew
As a Service Crew member, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent dining experience to customers. Your responsibilities may include:
– Greeting customers warmly upon arrival.
– Assisting customers with seating arrangements.
– Explaining menus and promotional items.
– Taking customer orders accurately.
– Processing payments through POS systems.
– Serving food and beverages promptly.
– Responding professionally to customer enquiries.
– Resolving customer concerns courteously.
– Clearing and resetting dining tables.
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
– Following company service standards at all times.
– Supporting daily restaurant operations.
Kitchen Crew
Kitchen Crew members are responsible for ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Responsibilities include:
– Preparing ingredients before meal service.
– Washing, cutting, and portioning food ingredients.
– Assisting chefs with food preparation.
– Cooking menu items according to recipes.
– Plating food according to presentation standards.
– Cleaning kitchen equipment and workstations.
– Following food hygiene and safety regulations.
– Monitoring food quality and freshness.
– Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory.
– Supporting kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Baker / Bakery Assistant
Bakery team members help prepare high-quality baked goods while maintaining strict quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
– Preparing dough and baking ingredients.
– Mixing, shaping, and baking products.
– Decorating selected bakery items.
– Packing finished products.
– Ensuring freshness and product quality.
– Maintaining cleanliness of bakery equipment.
– Following production schedules.
– Assisting with inventory management.

Candidate Requirements
