With 46 Domino’s Pizza outlets located throughout Singapore, successful applicants may be assigned to stores based on operational requirements and business needs. Position Overview
The Delivery Expert is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining the high standards expected of the Domino’s Pizza brand. This role requires excellent time management, safe riding practices, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Delivery Experts are expected to represent Domino’s positively during every customer interaction. As one of the most visible members of our operations, Delivery Experts help strengthen customer trust and contribute directly to the company’s reputation.
Salary and Compensation
Domino’s Pizza offers competitive salaries designed to reward dedication and performance.
Part-Time employees may earn between $1,250 and $1,550 per month, depending on scheduled working hours and attendance.
Full-Time employees have the opportunity to earn up to $3,200 gross per month, including:
– Basic salary
– Delivery allowances
– Delivery docket incentives
– Additional operational incentives where applicable
Total monthly earnings may vary depending on working hours, attendance, completed deliveries, productivity, and operational performance.
Sign-On Bonus
Eligible new employees may receive attractive one-time sign-on bonuses.
Part-Time Delivery Experts:
– One-time Sign-On Bonus of $400 (Terms and Conditions Apply)
Full-Time Delivery Experts:
– One-time Sign-On Bonus of $3,000 (Terms and Conditions Apply)

Key Responsibilities
As a Delivery Expert, your daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
– Ensure every delivery reaches customers in excellent condition.
– Follow all company operating procedures.
– Maintain high standards of customer service.
– Verify customer orders before leaving the store.
– Ensure all food items are packed correctly.
– Confirm that sauces, beverages, desserts, promotional items, and receipts are included where applicable.
– Transport food carefully to maintain product quality.
– Operate company motorcycles responsibly.
– Follow all Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations.
– Wear the required safety equipment during every delivery.
– Maintain cleanliness of delivery equipment.
– Perform routine inspections of assigned motorcycles.
– Report mechanical issues immediately.
– Communicate effectively with store management.
– Assist with order preparation during busy periods.
– Help maintain cleanliness within the store.
– Support team members whenever required.
– Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
– Record completed deliveries according to company procedures.
– Follow food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
– Protect company property and equipment.
– Provide friendly and professional service at every customer interaction.
– Resolve minor customer concerns politely.
– Escalate operational issues when necessary.
– Complete assigned duties before the end of each shift.
– Contribute to maintaining efficient store operations.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
– Able to read and write English.

Applicants must also possess either:
– A valid Singapore Class 2B Motorcycle Licence (P-Plate holders are welcome to apply), or
– A valid LTA PAB Licence for e-bike riders.
Previous experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.

Delivery Docket Rates
Employees using their own motorcycle:
Monday to Thursday:
– $3.50 per completed delivery docket
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday Eve and Public Holidays:
– $4.20 per completed delivery docket
Employees using a company motorcycle:
Monday to Thursday:
– $2.80 per completed delivery docket
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday Eve and Public Holidays:
– $3.40 per completed delivery docket
Delivery docket incentives are paid in accordance with company policy.
