CLEANROOM PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Role Overview
The Cleanroom Production Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that all equipment parts are properly cleaned, inspected, and packed according to stringent cleanroom standards. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and compliance with strict procedures.
You will be working in a controlled environment where cleanliness, accuracy, and adherence to protocols are essential. The role involves repetitive tasks that require focus, discipline, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
This position is suitable for individuals who are meticulous, responsible, and willing to work in a structured and regulated production environment.
Salary, Compensation and Benefits
The company offers a competitive compensation package along with multiple benefits designed to support employees:
Basic salary of up to $2,200 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
Daily allowance provided to support work-related needs
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), equivalent to a 13th month bonus
Quarterly performance bonus based on individual and team performance
Overtime pay in accordance with company policy, with frequent opportunities to increase earnings
Estimated total monthly earnings ranging from $1,800 to $2,500 or higher depending on overtime and performance
Company-provided transportation from selected pickup points for convenience

Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning Operations
Perform cleaning of equipment parts using approved cleanroom methods and materials
Carry out wiping, polishing, and removal of dust, particles, and residues
Ensure all components meet cleanliness standards before proceeding to the next stage
Handle cleaning tools and materials properly to avoid contamination
2. Inspection and Quality Control
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, contamination, or irregularities
Support basic quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
Report any non-conformance or abnormalities to supervisors promptly
Maintain consistency in inspection standards across all tasks
3. Packing and Handling
Pack cleaned components according to cleanroom standards and procedures
Ensure proper handling to prevent contamination or damage during packing
Label and organize items correctly for storage or further processing
4. Compliance with SOP and Safety Standards
Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to cleanroom protocols at all times
Use cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
Comply with workplace safety regulations and guidelines
5. Documentation and Record Keeping
Accurately complete production logs, cleaning records, and inspection reports
Ensure all documentation is updated in a timely and precise manner
Maintain proper records for audit and traceability purposes
6. Housekeeping and Workstation Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are stored properly
Follow 5S or equivalent housekeeping practices where applicable
7. Operational Support
Assist in additional production or operational tasks as assigned by supervisors
Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives when required
Work Environment
Work is performed in a cleanroom environment with controlled temperature and humidity
Employees are required to follow strict hygiene and contamination control procedures
Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times, which may include coveralls, gloves, masks, and safety footwear
The role may involve standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Physical handling of components weighing approximately 15 to 20 kilograms may be required

Mandatory Requirements
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict protocols
Willing to wear full PPE throughout working hours
Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks, including lifting up to 15–20 kg
Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
Possess a responsible, disciplined, and positive working attitude
