ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Shampoo Factory Worker, you will be involved in various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring that every shampoo product is produced safely, efficiently, and according to strict quality standards.
You will work closely with supervisors, machine operators, quality inspectors, and warehouse personnel to ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining excellent product quality and workplace safety.
This position offers valuable experience in modern manufacturing operations and provides opportunities to learn new technical skills through structured training and practical work experience.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
– Preparing raw materials before production begins.
– Loading ingredients and production materials according to company procedures.
– Assisting machine operators during production.
– Monitoring production activities.
– Ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
– Carrying materials between production stations.
– Preparing bottles, caps, labels, cartons, and packaging materials.
– Packing shampoo bottles into cartons.
– Sealing cartons securely.
– Sorting finished products.
– Checking product appearance.
– Inspecting bottles for damage or leakage.
– Verifying labels for accuracy.
– Monitoring packaging quality.
– Reporting damaged products immediately.
– Assisting with quality inspections.
– Supporting warehouse preparation.
– Organizing finished goods.
– Maintaining inventory movement.
– Cleaning workstations.
– Maintaining factory cleanliness.
– Following sanitation procedures.
– Cleaning equipment according to instructions.
– Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
– Following workplace safety regulations.
– Maintaining accurate production records where required.
– Working closely with supervisors.
– Supporting team members.
