Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary according to the position and department. Employees may be assigned one or more of the following duties:
Retail
– Welcome and assist customers professionally.
– Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
– Process payments using POS systems.
– Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
– Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
– Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe.
– Support promotional campaigns and seasonal activities.
Warehouse
– Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
– Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders accurately.
– Conduct inventory counting and stock verification.
– Maintain warehouse cleanliness and workplace safety.
– Report damaged or missing products.
– Operate warehouse equipment according to company procedures.
Logistics
– Deliver products safely and punctually.
– Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes.
– Load and unload merchandise carefully.
– Complete delivery documentation accurately.
– Perform routine vehicle inspections.
– Comply with all traffic regulations and company policies.
Operations & Maintenance
– Assist daily operational activities.
– Maintain cleanliness of retail stores, warehouses, and facilities.
– Support maintenance and repair work when required.
– Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Salary & Compensation
