New employees will receive structured on-the-job training covering production processes, machine operation, packaging procedures, workplace safety, food hygiene, quality inspection, and company policies. Experienced supervisors and trainers will guide employees throughout the training period to ensure they feel confident and well-prepared for their daily responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
As a Production & Packaging Staff member, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
– Prepare raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies before production starts.
– Assist in chocolate production according to company procedures.
– Operate production, filling, sealing, and packaging machines safely.
– Monitor machinery during production and report abnormalities immediately.
– Pack finished chocolate products accurately and efficiently.
– Inspect products for appearance, quality, and packaging standards.
– Apply labels, expiry dates, batch numbers, and product information correctly.
– Ensure products are packed according to customer specifications.
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the production area.
– Follow food safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
– Perform routine cleaning of machinery, tools, and workstations.
– Organize finished goods for warehouse storage and shipment.
– Assist with stock counting and inventory organization when required.
– Support supervisors in achieving daily and weekly production targets.
– Work closely with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
– Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
– Report damaged materials, defective products, or safety concerns immediately.
– Participate in continuous improvement activities to increase production efficiency.
– Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors based on operational requirements.
Work Schedule
The company offers structured working hours designed to provide operational efficiency while maintaining employee well-being.
– Full-Time employment.
– Four (4) working days each week.
– Day shift available.
– Night shift available.
– Rotating shifts depending on operational requirements.
– Overtime opportunities available during peak production periods.
– Public holiday and weekend shifts may be assigned when necessary.
– Break periods provided according to company policy and Singapore employment regulations.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

– No previous work experience required.
