Work Location: West Region (Pioneer and three additional locations)

Contract Duration:
Approximately 1–2 months with immediate commencement for successful candidates.
Salary and Benefits
Successful applicants will receive a competitive hourly salary package that rewards both regular working hours and additional hours worked.
Salary includes:
– Basic Pay: $11 per hour
– Overtime Rate: $16.50 per hour
– Public Holiday Rate: $22 per hour
Employees who are willing to work overtime may significantly increase their total earnings during the contract period.

Working Schedule
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday
Available Working Hours:
– 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
– 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Shift allocation may vary depending on operational requirements. Overtime opportunities may be available during peak operational periods.
Job Responsibilities
The Clothes Packer plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and maintaining productivity while meeting company standards.
Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
– Picking clothing items according to customer orders.
– Packing products carefully and securely for shipment.
– Labelling products accurately before dispatch.
– Sorting clothing based on category, colour, size, brand, or delivery destination.
– Checking products for defects, damage, or incorrect items before packing.
– Preparing completed orders for collection by the logistics team.
– Performing quality inspections to ensure company standards are met.
– Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory movement.
– Counting inventory when required.
– Organising products neatly within warehouse shelves.
– Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the assigned work area.
– Completing basic data entry using warehouse systems.
– Recording inventory movements accurately.
– Following warehouse operating procedures and safety regulations.
– Reporting damaged products or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
– Assisting team leaders with additional warehouse duties whenever required.
– Working efficiently to meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy.
Training will be provided to ensure every employee understands the required procedures and can perform tasks safely and effectively.
Candidate Requirements

– Able to commit to the full contract period of approximately one to two months.
