Salary Information
Employees receive competitive hourly compensation together with additional allowances for selected work shifts.
Basic Hourly Salary
SGD 22 per hour
Overtime Rate
SGD 18 per hour
Daily Shift Allowances
Afternoon Shift: SGD 6 per working day
Night Shift: SGD 9 per working day
Salary Payment
Employees are paid every two weeks according to the company’s payroll schedule.

Monday to Saturday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift

Employees assigned to this shift receive an additional daily allowance.
Night Shift
Sunday to Friday
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Employees assigned to this shift receive an additional daily allowance.

Position Overview
The Ice Cream & Yoghurt Packer is responsible for supporting daily production activities by preparing products for storage, transportation, and distribution. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Employees are expected to follow established production procedures, comply with workplace safety regulations, and contribute to maintaining an efficient workflow throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Picking products according to production orders.
Packing ice cream, yoghurt, frozen desserts, and confectionery items.
Sorting products based on packaging requirements.
Verifying product quantities before packing.
Inspecting products for visible defects.
Checking packaging materials before use.
Labelling products accurately.
Applying production labels correctly.
Organizing completed products on pallets or storage racks.
Preparing packed products for shipment.
Monitoring packaging quality.
Replacing damaged packaging materials when necessary.
Reporting damaged products to supervisors.
Maintaining an organized workstation.
Cleaning work surfaces regularly.
Following sanitation procedures.
Following food handling guidelines.
Wearing protective clothing when required.
Supporting inventory movement.
Assisting colleagues during busy production periods.
Meeting daily productivity targets.
Following production schedules.
Operating basic packing equipment when assigned.
