3. Compensation Structure
Basic Monthly Salary
SGD 2,600 to SGD 3,600

Allowances and Additional Earnings

Accommodation allowance: SGD 250 per month
Full attendance bonus: SGD 300 per month
Meal allowance: SGD 10 per working day
Transportation allowance: SGD 5 per working day
Morning shift allowance: SGD 15 per working day
Evening or night shift allowance: SGD 25 per working day
Night shift completion incentive: SGD 500 per month for employees who complete a full month on evening or night shift schedules
Estimated Total Monthly Earnings
When combining base salary with allowances and incentives, employees may earn significantly more than the stated basic salary. Employees assigned to evening or night shifts, with full attendance, have the highest earning potential.
4. Working Arrangement
Work schedule: Four working days per week
Employees are provided with sufficient rest days to maintain work-life balance
Shift Structure
Day Shift: 09:00 to 17:00
Evening/Night Shift: 17:00 to 01:00
Shift allocation is determined by operational requirements. Employees may be required to rotate shifts depending on production needs. Additional compensation is provided for evening and night shifts.
5. Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Operate and monitor automated machinery used in chocolate milk processing
Ensure machines are functioning efficiently and report any irregularities

Packaging and Handling
Perform packing, sealing, labeling, and sorting of finished products
