Position Overview

 

We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Packers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for distribution.

 

As a Packer, you will be directly involved in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products before they reach customers. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Title: Packer (Production Department)

 

Work Locations: Senoko, Woodlands, Tuas – Singapore

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – 3,650 (inclusive of allowances and performance bonuses)

 

Key Responsibilities

 

In this role, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

 

Product Packing

 

Carefully pack finished ice cream products into appropriate containers and cartons

 

Ensure packaging is secure, clean, and meets company standards

 

Maintain consistency in packing procedures to prevent damage or contamination

 

Quality Inspection

 

Inspect products for any defects, inconsistencies, or irregularities

 

Ensure only products that meet quality standards are packed and distributed

 

Immediately report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor

 

Label Verification

 

Check all labels for accuracy, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and product information

 

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company labeling requirements

 

Workplace Hygiene

 

Maintain cleanliness in the packing area at all times

 

Follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols

 

Properly handle tools, equipment, and packaging materials

 

Team Collaboration

 

Work closely with production staff and supervisors to meet daily targets

 

Support team members during peak production periods

 

Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment

 

Compliance with SOPs

 

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

 

Adhere to safety guidelines, especially when working in cold storage areas

 

Use proper protective equipment when required

 

Additional Support Duties

 

Assist in inventory handling and product movement

 

Support logistics and storage operations when necessary

 

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new employees.

 

Working Hours and Schedule

 

We offer a structured work schedule designed to support work-life balance while maintaining productivity:

 

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 

Work Schedule: 4 days work, 2 days rest (rotating shift system)

 

Overtime: Available and compensated accordingly

 

This schedule ensures that employees have sufficient rest periods and predictable working hours.

 

Salary and Benefits

Attendance Bonus: SGD 100 per month
