FULL-TIME SURGICAL MASK PACKER

1. GENERAL POSITION INFORMATION
Position Title: Surgical Mask Packer
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract with potential for permanent conversion)
Work Location: Near Tampines MRT, Singapore
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Schedule: Rotating Shift System
Shift Details:
Morning Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift rotation will be assigned based on operational requirements. Employees must be flexible and willing to adapt to scheduling adjustments when necessary.
2. SALARY STRUCTURE AND COMPENSATION
The total monthly salary can reach up to:
SGD 2,280 per month
This includes:
Base salary
Shift allowance (applicable for afternoon/evening shifts)
Performance-based incentives
Additional compensation includes:
Overtime pay in accordance with Singapore labor regulations
Attendance incentives (subject to company policy)
Potential annual increment based on performance review

4. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Surgical Mask Packer plays a critical role in the final stage of the manufacturing process. This position ensures that all products meet stringent quality, hygiene, and packaging standards before distribution.

5. DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Employees in this role are expected to perform the following duties:
5.1 Product Quality Inspection
Conduct thorough visual inspections of surgical masks
Identify defects such as:
Broken straps
Improper layering
Contamination or visible particles
Ensure all products meet company quality standards
5.2 Packaging Operations
Pack masks into designated sterile packaging materials
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely
Maintain efficiency while ensuring accuracy
5.3 Counting and Labeling
Accurately count the number of masks per package
Apply correct labels and verify product information
Ensure proper sealing and packaging integrity
5.4 Cleanroom Compliance
Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols
Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:
Gloves
Masks
Gowns
Hairnets
Avoid contamination risks at all times
5.5 Documentation and Record Keeping
Complete daily production logs
Record output quantities and defect rates
Report issues to supervisors in a timely manner
5.6 Team Collaboration
Work closely with:
Machine operators
Line leaders
Supervisors
Support team efforts to achieve production targets
5.7 Workplace Safety Compliance
Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines
Identify and report hazards
Ensure proper use of safety equipment
5.8 Additional Duties

6.1 Educational Qualification
