JOB POSITION

 

Position: Care Assistant

Location: Singapore

Workplace: Care Home / Healthcare Facility

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: SGD 3,200 per month

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Care Assistants will be responsible for supporting residents with their daily needs and helping to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable care environment.

 

Main duties may include:

 

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily activities

• Supporting residents with bathing, dressing and basic hygiene

• Assisting with meals and daily routines

• Providing basic support and companionship to residents

• Helping residents move safely when required

• Maintaining cleanliness and comfort in resident areas

• Observing residents and reporting changes to senior care staff

• Following care plans, workplace procedures and safety guidelines

• Working closely with nurses, healthcare staff and other care team members

• Performing other duties assigned by the employer

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Previous experience in elderly care, healthcare or a similar environment is preferred

• Caring, patient and responsible personality

• Physically fit and able to perform care-related duties

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to work full-time according to the assigned schedule

• Able to follow workplace rules and safety procedures

• Candidates must meet the employer’s requirements

• Applicants must comply with applicable Singapore employment and work pass regulations
