HIRING: MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Location: Singapore
Position: Management Trainee – F&B Industry
Working Schedule:
5.5 Days per Week
10-Hour Shifts
55 Hours per Week
Roster-Based Shift Schedule
Gross Salary: SGD 3,300 per Month
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Computer literate and familiar with basic computer applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, responsible and hardworking
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Passionate about the Food & Beverage industry
• Willing to learn and develop management and operational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced outlet environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with the outlet manager in managing daily operations
• Supervise and support outlet operations to ensure smooth business activities
• Monitor outlet expenses and ensure costs remain within the allocated budget
• Prepare and manage staff duty schedules for service crew
• Ensure sufficient manpower is available during operating hours
• Monitor staff performance and provide support when required
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain service standards
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Prepare and manage monthly operational reports
• Learn and master different aspects of outlet operations
• Receive structured training across various sections of the company
• Rotate through different positions to gain comprehensive F&B experience
• Understand company procedures, standards and operational requirements
• Review customer feedback and implement useful suggestions to improve service
• Support the manager in achieving outlet targets and maintaining operational standards
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management
