JOB DETAILS

 

Position: Pre-Flight Screening Officer

Location: Changi Airport, Singapore

Salary: SGD 3,090 – 3,190 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Shift Work

Schedule: 4 Days Work / 2 Days Off or 5 Days Work / 1 Day Off

Minimum Qualification: N Level

Experience: No prior experience required

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Screen passengers and airport staff before they enter restricted areas

• Conduct security screening according to established airport procedures

• Operate X-ray machines, metal detectors and other security screening equipment

• Check baggage and personal belongings as required

• Identify and report prohibited or suspicious items

• Maintain a high level of alertness throughout the shift

• Follow all airport security rules, procedures and safety requirements

• Assist with maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers and airport personnel

• Communicate professionally with passengers and colleagues

• Work closely with the airport security team to ensure smooth screening operations

• Handle daily screening duties in a professional and responsible manner

 

TRAINING PROVIDED

 

Previous airport or security experience is not required.

 

Successful candidates will receive approximately 2.5 weeks of fully paid training before starting the position. Training will cover the required screening procedures, security equipment, workplace standards and operational requirements.
